Hey guys thank you so much for finding your way to my site. I am very excited to have finally decided to move forward with my life’s dream of reaching as many people as I can and helping them with their weightloss or fitness goals.

I want to simply start at the beginning. My name is Gabriel E. Perea. I was born and raised in New Jersey and I wasn’t always the confident passionate person I am now. Around the age of 12 I started gaining weight. Wasn’t sure why either, I just was. As the other boys grew taller and stronger I grew rounder and softer. To top it off I needed glasses and braces. Wow, talk about a rough hand! Anyway this continued on well into 15, now a freshman in high school, the teasing had gotten bad.

Slowly little by little, I became a sponge. I was(and still am) Obsessed with nutrition, exercise and anything related to fitness. It makes me happy. The thought of discovering a new super food or exercise makes me feel like a kid at Christmas. At 15 going on 16 I started lifting weights, joined my first gym at 16, competed in my first bodybuilding competition at 20 and won the overall open NPC TRI-STATE CHAMPIONSHIP in 2009 as a light-heavyweight at 6’0 198lbs at the age of 26. Since then I still compete on and off whenever the bug bites me.

This balance can be yours too! I am here to show you the way. You’re not fat, you’re just doing it wrong.

CUSTOM 1-ON-1 COACHING PLAN

My online coaching plan, will start of like this:

We start of with an initial phone consultation, so I can get you know your daily schedule, lifestyle, routine, habits, hobbies and what your personal fitness goals are.

Based on this I can fully customize a workout plan designed around your busy lifestyle. I will make sure it will fit for you - If you can't stick to it, it won't work!

We establish your baseline fitness stats - height, weight, age etc. We also establish your person best mile time, push up, pull up, plank and squat amount.

We start with before pictures in whatever style of clothes you are comfortable in, you can also cut out your face if this makes you comfortable.

My only condition is that you can commit to a ABSOLUTE minimum of 4 days a week of strength training/circuit training (aside from doing cardio on your own time). It is my firm belief and generally accepted principle that 3 days a week is not enough to illicit physical changes in the body.

MY COACHING PLAN INCLUDES

  • All workout plans are completely re-adjustable and re-writable an unlimited number of times after we have begun, as long as you are still enrolled in my one on one custom training plan with me.
  • All diets are completely re-adjustable and re-writable an unlimited number of times after we have begun, as long as you are still enrolled in my one on one custom training plan with me.
  • Complete Supplement guidance plan for either cutting, bulking or maintenance.
  • 24/7 email access for any type of questions whatsoever as you go along
  • Weekly phone call check-ins scheduled as needed

Progress pics must be sent every Saturday or Sunday, either morning afternoon or night, if you will not be home that Sunday, take them the Saturday before. If you do not send weekly progress pics I will assume you are not taking the program seriously and will hold you accountable. At which point I can not be held responsible for any lack of results from a program you are not following. if you are going on vacation, will be away that weekend or otherwise legitimately cannot send progress pics please notify me via email why and we will reschedule or pick up the following week

The program is a month to month service, there is an initial 3 month commitment for two reasons, I only want serious clients that I know will follow the plan I write for them, and it takes the body on average anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks to really respond to any new programs. 3 months gives us the perfect amount of time to find the right routine for you. After the 3 months, billing will continue automatically month to month and you can continue or you can cancel any time after the 3 months with a 30 DAY NOTICE. It's only $99.50/ month and you can sign up on the site with any card
